-Born in 1943 in Hanoi

– Professor, Doctor of Psychology

– Vice President and General Secretary of Vietnam Association of Psychology and Education (VAPE).

-Main manager of many projects at State and Ministry level.

  -Published 53 books with many research topics on Politics, Society, Military, Psychology, Education.

-Write and publish 92 articles and journals published in domestic and foreign scientific journals.

– Member of the Council of State Professors Title (Psychology and  Education) under the State Professor Title Council (from 2004 to 2014)

-Guide 17 graduate students who have successfully defended the doctoral thesis.

  – Participate in organizing and presiding over many national scientific conferences.

-Received by the State, 9 kinds of medals.
